1. 7-Day Refund Policy for First-Time Purchases
We offer a maximum 80% refund on first-time purchases of hosting services if requested within 7 days of your initial purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund:
Renewals, service upgrades, or plan extensions
You must request the refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
Refunds apply only to first-time purchases of hosting plans for new customers.
Refunds do not apply to:
Domain registrations or renewals
SSL certificates
Add-ons or third-party services
Dedicated Server
IPs
Custom development or consulting fees
Renewals, service upgrades, or plan extensions
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund:
Eligible refunds will be processed (up to 80%) minus any applicable processing fees.
Contact our billing team at billing@cloudxen.com within 7 days of your initial purchase.
Provide your account details and reason for cancellation.
4. Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after the request has been approved. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
5. No Refunds After 7 Days
We do not offer refunds after 7 days of service activation. If you cancel your plan after this period, no partial or prorated refunds will be provided.
6. Service Termination Due to Violations
If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, including engaging in illegal activities or abuse of our services, you are not eligible for a refund.
